Wonderkid Sports: Parent Terms and Conditions
By booking a session, parents and carers agree to the following:
Bookings and payments
Places must be booked in advance. Regular classes are paid monthly, and payment reserves your child’s place whether or not they attend every session.
Cancelling your place
We require one calendar month’s notice to cancel a regular class place. Notice must be emailed to:
Fees remain payable during the notice period.
Missed and cancelled sessions
Refunds are not normally given when a child misses a session because of illness, holidays or other commitments.
If Wonderkid Sports cancels a session, we will offer an alternative session, venue, credit or refund where appropriate.
Parent and carer supervision
A responsible adult must remain at the venue during regular classes unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Parents and carers remain responsible for personal care, medication and any individual support their child requires.
Medical and SEND information
Parents must provide accurate information about medical conditions, allergies, SEND needs, communication needs and relevant risks, including elopement.
Please tell us promptly if anything changes.
Safety and behaviour
Children must wear suitable clothing and footwear and follow reasonable safety instructions.
We may pause a child’s participation if there is an immediate risk to them or others. We will always try appropriate support and reasonable adjustments first.
Safeguarding
Our coaches are DBS checked and safeguarding trained.
Assistant Coach Evie is our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Photography and personal information
Photography will only take place under agreed consent arrangements. Parents must not photograph other children without permission.
