Our SEND multi-sports sessions provide a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment where children can enjoy a variety of sports and physical activities at their own pace. Sessions include activities such as football, basketball, athletics, throwing, catching, balancing and movement games, all adapted to meet the individual needs of each child.

Children can take breaks whenever needed, and parents or carers are welcome to support or join in. There is no pressure to participate in a particular way—our focus is on building confidence, developing skills and helping every child enjoy being active.
